Standard delivery: 5–7 business days, fully tracked.

International delivery: 10–15 business days with end-to-end tracking.

Track your order: You'll receive a tracking number by email within 24 hours of dispatch — so you always know exactly where your parcel is.

International orders: Any customs fees or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. We declare accurate values on all shipments to keep things smooth at the border.

Our promise:

Order your dress and wear it. If it doesn't feel exactly right — wrong fit, wrong colour, not what you expected — simply email us within 60 days. We'll refund you in full. No return shipping fees. No lengthy forms. No back and forth.

Why we can do this: Because we only carry pieces we'd wear ourselves. We're confident in the quality. And if we're wrong, you shouldn't pay for it.

Sizing note: Our dresses run in Asian sizing — we recommend sizing up if you're between sizes. Still not right? We'll sort it.
